Hotels Near NSA Softball

The National Softball Association was started in 1982 by Hugh Cantrell in Nicholasville, Kentucky.  Today, the NSA National Office is located there in a beautiful facility which also houses the NSA National Hall of Fame. 

The NSA came to the Carolinas in the early 80's by David Butler and a host of other directors that wanted a change in softball.  Today, the North Carolina and South Carolina NSA Adult Programs are headed up by Michael Poe and Frank Crook along with a solid staff of directors from the Smokey Mountains to the beautiful Carolina shores.  Mike has been the State Director of North Carolina since 2003 and now joins with Frank in 2008 to cover South Carolina as well.  Mr. Butler now serves as the Eastern Zone Vice-President and is responsible for 16 states along the Eastern seaboard.
